Prestige Evergreen is the second phase of the expansive Prestige Raintree Park township, developed by the Prestige Group in Whitefield, East Bangalore. This new phase offers 1,520 premium apartments available in 3, 3.5, 4, and 5 BHK configurations, with sizes ranging from 2,004 sq. ft. to 3,698 sq. ft. It spans 28 acres within the larger 125-acre integrated township.
Phase 1 of the development is currently underway, occupying 21 acres and featuring 10 high-rise towers (each comprising 2 basement levels + ground + 19 floors). The launch prices for these residences range from ₹2.59 crores to ₹4.5 crores.
